Council members enjoyed a presentation from William F. Bresee, partner at Leech Tishman law firm. He covered topics such as: California laws on interns, using independent contractors, boards of directors, taxes, audit and conflict of interest requirements, and fiscal sponsorship.

The council also discussed the upcoming Alhambra Day of Service.
